Vroms Buildcon Private Limited is located in Besant Nagar, which is one of the nicer parts of Chennai. We are on the first floor of No. 33 on 7th Avenue. If you are looking at old records, the number was T-48/B. Being near the beach is nice, but we are usually too busy with buildcon work to notice the view much. The office is a practical space. We have been here for a while and the 7th Avenue area has changed a lot. It is mostly quiet but gets busy on the weekends. We do not have any corporate polish here. It is just a few desks and a lot of talk about materials and timelines. We deal with construction projects, mostly making sure things get built the way they are supposed to. Some days we are out on site all day, and other days we are stuck here doing accounts and planning. It is a simple business. We do not make big promises we cannot keep. We just do the work. The first-floor office is good because it gives us a bit of a view of the street, but we are mostly focused on the computers. Chennai-600090 is a good place to be based. It is easy for people to find us. We are just a local team, nothing more than that. We take our work seriously but we do not act like we are better than anyone else. It is just us.
