VJR DEVELOPERS PRIVATE LIMITED

Started out in Arumbakkam, right near the 2nd Main Road. We’ve been at this spot in Bala Vinayagam Nagar for a while now. It’s a busy area and we like being part of the local scene here in Chennai. VJR Developers is just a small group of people trying to get things built the right way. We spend most of our time on-site or at the desk here, dealing with the daily grind of planning and permits. It isn't always glamorous work, but it's what we know. Sometimes the office gets a bit messy with blueprints and coffee cups, but that's just how it goes when you're busy. We’ve seen the neighborhood change a lot over the years. Being based on Arumbakkam’s 2nd Main Road makes it easy for us to get around. Most days are just about solving one problem after another. Whether it’s talking to vendors or checking on a project, there’s always something to do. We don’t really do fancy presentations or anything like that. We just show up and do the work that’s in front of us. It’s hard work, but we like seeing a project come together from nothing. The heat in Chennai can be tough in the afternoons, but we just keep at it. If you’re looking for us, we’re usually around the office or out at a site somewhere nearby. That's pretty much who we are, just people working in construction here in the city.
