Vivegan Construction Private Limited

Our office is over at Mullai Flat, F 1/4 in the Mogappair Eri area. It’s on the 6th Main Road, and it’s a pretty quiet spot for the most part. Vivegan Construction is basically just a few of us who decided to work for ourselves. We don’t have any corporate slogans or a fancy mission statement. We just show up and build things. The office is really just a flat where we keep our stuff. It’s crowded with files and samples of tiles and bricks. We spend a lot of our time out on the road, going from one site to another to see how the laborers are getting on. Chennai can be so hot that sometimes we just have to stop for a bit and find some shade. Construction is a tough business because there are so many moving parts. One day it’s the plumbing, the next day it’s the electrical work. We just try to keep it all organized so nothing gets forgotten. We aren’t looking to become some giant company. We just want to do a decent job so we can keep the lights on and move on to the next project. It’s a lot of coordination and sometimes a bit of arguing with suppliers, but we enjoy the work. If you need us, we are usually around the 6th main road somewhere.
