Vishwak Builders is located over in Kolathur. Specifically, you can find us at Plot No. 18 Part 4th Layout in Teacher's Colony. It’s a quiet enough area for an office. We’ve been working out of this location, handling different types of construction jobs. Whether it's a small house or something a bit larger, we just get stuck into the work. We aren't the type of company that uses a lot of corporate talk. We prefer to just show people the work we’ve already done. Most of our days are spent coordinating with the site supervisors and making sure the materials are delivered to the right plots. Construction involves a lot of waiting for things to dry or for trucks to arrive in the Kolathur traffic. We handle all that side of things so the owners don't have to worry too much. The office itself is pretty simple. We have our files and some chairs for when people stop by to talk about their projects. We’ve seen Teacher's Colony change a lot over the years with more buildings going up. It’s nice to be part of that growth. We don't make big promises, we just try to do a decent job on every project we take on. It’s about being honest with the timelines and making sure the structure is built to last. That’s how we’ve always operated here since we started our small business.
