Our office is in the Dhun Building on Anna Salai, at number 827. It’s right in the middle of Chennai, so it gets pretty hectic with all the traffic and people moving around. We’ve been operating as Vishveshwara Developers for a while now. We aren't some massive corporation with hundreds of offices; we’re just a local team working out of this one spot. The office itself is usually piled high with site plans and dusty folders because we’re always in the middle of some project or another. Most of our days are spent talking to contractors or heading out to see how the work is progressing on the ground. Chennai heat can be brutal, especially when you’re standing around a construction site at noon, but that’s just part of the job. We don’t really do fancy brochures or big ads. Most people find us because they saw one of our sites or a friend told them about us. We try to be as direct as possible about how things work. Construction has a lot of moving parts and sometimes things get delayed, which is frustrating for everyone, but we just try to handle it as it comes. Being in the Dhun Building is convenient for us since it’s so central. We’ve got our routine down, usually starting early with some tea and a look at the day's schedule. It’s just a normal business with regular people trying to build things that last for the folks around here.
