Visalam Engineering And Construction Private Limited is based in Raja Annamalaipuram, right on the 1st Main Road. Our building is New No. 45/7, but if you're looking at older records, it’s Old No. 22 / D2. We are in Chennai 600028, and it’s a pretty central location for the kind of work we do. We handle both the engineering side and the actual construction, which means we are usually juggling a lot of different tasks at once. Our office is a busy place, often full of rolls of paper and people coming in and out from various job sites. We don't try to sound like a big corporate firm because we aren't one. We’re just a group of people who know how to build things. It’s a lot of manual labor and technical focus. Some days are just spent dealing with permits or labor issues, while other days are spent on-site making sure the concrete is poured correctly. It’s not a glamorous life, and it can be quite tiring, but we’ve been doing it for a while now. We know the local area well and we understand the challenges of building in this city.
