Down in Samatha Nagar, you’ll find our office at Plot Nos 63P and 62. It’s a decent area. We go by Vinoothna Real Estates and Infra Developers India Private Limited. It’s a bit of a long name to write on an envelope. We work on real estate and infrastructure, which basically means we spend our time looking at land and figuring out how to build things on it. It’s not always easy. There are lots of rules and the weather doesn't always help us out. The office is pretty simple. We have some chairs that are getting a bit old and a printer that jams every other Tuesday. We don't mind much as long as we get the work done. Samatha Nagar is a good place to be based. We see the same people walking their dogs every morning when we arrive. Some days are slow and we just sit and talk about what needs to happen next week. Other days, everyone is on the phone at the same time and it gets a bit loud. We handle development projects around the area. It’s practical work. We don't have a fancy lobby or anything like that. Just a space where we can meet and look at site plans. We try to be fair and just do what we said we would. That’s about it for us. We're just a local business trying to keep things moving forward and making sure we stay busy.
