If you head over to College Road, near the 2nd Street area in Subbarao Avenue, you’ll find us. The address is 600006 Chennai. It is a bit of a maze getting through these streets sometimes, but Vilasini Housing Llp has been tucked away here for a bit. The office isn't anything special to look at, just a place with some desks and a lot of paper. We deal with housing matters, which mostly means a lot of paperwork and talking to people about where they want to live. Some days it is very quiet, and other days the phone won't stop ringing because someone has a question about a plot or a building. We don't really do the whole flashy corporate thing here. It's more about sitting down and looking at the numbers and the drawings to see if things make sense. The air conditioner makes a bit of a rattling noise, but we’ve gotten used to it over the months. Most of us have been working together for a while, so we know how everyone likes their tea and who is likely to be late on a Monday morning. It is a very normal place to work. We spend our time checking on projects and making sure things are moving along as they should. Sometimes we have to go out and see the sites, which takes up most of the afternoon. It is just steady, daily work that keeps us going year after year.
