Vignesh Metal & Industries

We've been at Lingi Chetty Street for a long time now. Most people know us at Vignesh Metal & Industries since we're right there on the first floor at 225, though the old timers still call it number 108. It's a busy area and we've stayed put while things changed around us. Working with metals is what we do every day. It's not fancy, just honest work in a crowded part of town. Sometimes the stairs up to the first floor feel a bit steep after a long shift, but that's just how it is. We handle the usual orders and keep the machines running. There is always a lot of noise from the street below, but we've gotten used to it. My father used to say that sticking to one spot is how you get people to trust you. We don't spend money on big signs or ads. Most of our work comes from people walking in or calling because they saw the name on the door. It's just a small team here. We deal with the materials, get the sizes right, and try to keep things moving. There's plenty of dust around the workshop, but that comes with the territory. We don't have a big corporate office or anything like that. Just the floor we work on and the tools we use. It’s practical work. We stay busy with the metal orders that come through. It’s been this way for years and we don’t see that changing anytime soon.
