Our office is situated at No. 6, VGP Square, right on Dharma Raja Kovil Street in Saidapet. It’s a busy part of Chennai, and we’re right in the thick of it near the temple. Being in Saidapet means there’s always noise from the street and people moving about, but we like the energy. We’ve been working on homes and residential stuff for quite a while. It’s not just a business for us; it’s where we spend most of our waking hours. The building itself is easy to spot if you are familiar with the Chennai City Corporation area. We don't have a lot of corporate polish here. It’s mostly desks piled with blueprints and folders. We spend our time trying to figure out how to fit more living space into the city without making it feel too crowded. Sometimes the heat in Saidapet gets to be a bit much, but we have our routines. We talk to families, deal with the city rules, and try to get the walls up on time. It’s practical work. We don't go in for big marketing talk or fancy promises. We just build houses where people can actually live. Being near the Raja Kovil gives the place a bit of a traditional feel, which is nice given how fast the rest of Chennai is changing. We’re just local people doing our bit in the 600015 area. We know the streets, we know the local regulations, and we just keep building.
