Venra Coatings is situated in Tiruvallur. We’ve been based in this town for many years now, and we’ve seen it change quite a bit as more industries moved in. Our facility isn't anything fancy to look at from the outside, but it’s where all the hard work happens. We spend most of our time on the shop floor, dealing with the actual coating processes and making sure things are moving along. It’s a hands-on job, and we aren't afraid to get our hands dirty. Tiruvallur is a hardworking place, and we fit right in with that vibe. We don't have a marketing team or anyone to write fancy brochures for us. We just do the work and let people know we’re here. The building can get quite warm during the summer months, but we’re used to it by now. We have a small team of local people who know the trade well. Most of us have lived in the area for a long time. We don't use any corporate jargon or try to sound more important than we are. We just run a local business that focuses on doing the job right the first time. Sometimes the supply trucks are late or the weather gets in the way, but we just deal with it as it comes. It’s a simple, straightforward operation that we take a lot of pride in every single day.
