Sri Bhakti Medical Agencies Private Limited has its home on Rathenam Street in Gopalapuram. We are located at number 36/19, which is a fairly quiet spot compared to some of the main roads nearby. We deal with medical supplies, so there is always a lot of coming and going with boxes and deliveries. It is not the most exciting work in the world, but it is necessary, and we take it seriously enough. The team here is small. We know each other's families and what’s going on in the neighborhood. We don’t have a big corporate office with glass walls; it’s just a functional space where we keep our inventory and do the paperwork. Some days the phones don't stop ringing and other days we have time to sit and have a long lunch. We don't try to sell people things they don't need. Usually, our customers are hospitals or local clinics who just want their orders on time and without any mistakes. We try hard to keep everything organized on the shelves, though it can get a bit cluttered when a big shipment arrives. Rathenam Street is a nice place to be based. We’ve been here for a while and the people around us are friendly. We just focus on getting the right boxes to the right people every day. It is a simple setup and that is exactly how we like it. We hope to stay here for many more years.
