You’ll find Velavan Infra Private Limited at No. 19 in the 2nd Block on Seethakathi Salai. We’re right in the Mogappair East area of Chennai. It’s a busy neighborhood with a lot of shops and people moving around. Our office is a modest space where we keep track of all our building projects. It’s usually a bit of a mess with papers, site photos, and various pieces of equipment. We aren't a huge company with a lot of layers. If you call us, you’ll probably speak to one of the people actually doing the work. We spend a lot of our time visiting sites and meeting with contractors, so we aren't always in the office. When we are there, we’re usually trying to catch up on the books or plan for the next week. We don’t have any big mission statements or promotional slogans. We just try to get the projects finished without too much trouble. It’s a lot of coordination and sometimes things don’t go as planned, but we just deal with it. We’ve been in Mogappair for a good while and most of the people around here know who we are. We like the local feel of the place. We’re just a small crew trying to do our part in the building industry and keep things moving forward one day at a time.
