You can find us at 118, 57/2 on 8th Street. We are in Z Block, which is a fairly well-known part of Annanagar. The office is tucked away a bit, but once you find 8th Street, it’s easy enough to spot the number. We’ve been consulting and doing engineering work from this building for a long time. It’s a bit of an older structure, but it’s sturdy and keeps the rain out. We have a few rooms filled with drawings and old files. It’s not one of those modern offices with glass walls; it feels more like a lived-in space. Most of the staff has been with us for years, so we all know how the others like their tea and how they work. We spend a lot of time looking over plans and talking through technical issues. Sometimes we have to go out to sites, but we always come back here to finish the paperwork. Annanagar is a busy place, but Z Block is a bit more residential, so it’s not too loud during the day. We don't do much in the way of advertising. Most people hear about us from someone else. We just keep the door open during office hours and work through the stack of folders on the desks. It’s a steady pace, and we don't feel the need to rush things if it means making a mistake. It is just the way we have always done things.
