Able Engineers And Contractors

Our office is located at No 5 on the First Floor in Sai Nagar, Chinmaya Nagar. We are right upstairs from the RTO office, so people are always coming and going in the building. Able Engineers And Contractors is where we spend our time drawing up plans and looking over contract details. It’s a bit of a climb up the stairs, but it gives us a good view of the street below. The office is filled with rolls of blueprints and measuring tools that we take out to the various sites we’re working on. It’s not always a quiet place because of the crowd at the RTO office downstairs, but we’ve gotten used to the noise over the years. We spend half our time here and the other half out in the field checking on how the construction is going. Sometimes we come back with mud on our shoes and have to be careful not to track it across the floor. We don't have fancy furniture, just some sturdy desks and chairs that can handle the weight of all the technical drawings. It’s a practical workspace for practical people. We just focus on getting the measurements right and making sure the builders know what they are supposed to be doing. It’s a lot of coordination and phone calls, but we’ve been doing it this way for a long time and it seems to work.
