Veecons Estates (P) Ltd. is located in Royapettah, on Ganapathy Street. Our office is at No. 17/12, specifically in Unit No-3B on the third floor. Royapettah is a busy area, but Ganapathy Street is a bit tucked away from the main noise. We have been working from this third-floor unit for some time now. It’s not a huge office, just a few rooms where we manage everything. We spend a lot of our day dealing with real estate documents and talking to clients. The elevator in the building works most of the time, but we don't mind the stairs if we have to. It's a simple, functional space. We don't have any big signs or flashy lights. Usually, people find us because they have our address or someone they know told them about us. We aren't really into big advertising campaigns. We prefer to just do our work and let that speak for itself. The team here is small, just a few people who have been together for years. We know the local property market well because we’ve lived and worked in this part of the city for a long time. Our desks are usually piled high with folders. It might look a bit disorganized to an outsider, but we know exactly where everything is. It’s just a normal office where we try to get things done without making things too complicated. We like being in Royapettah; it feels like the heart of the city to us.
