We are located on the fourth level of Olympia Teknos Park in Guindy. It’s a big building, and being in the Sidco Industrial Estate means there is always a lot of energy around. Vcorp Properties is where we spend our ten-hour days. It’s a more modern space than some other offices, with elevators and a proper lobby, but once you get inside our doors, it’s just a normal workplace. We talk about property, prices, and locations all day long. Chennai is growing fast, and Guindy is right at the heart of it. We see the metro trains go by and the traffic piling up on the main road. Our job is mostly about helping people find the right spot for their needs. We have plenty of files on different areas around Tamil Nadu. It’s a lot of coordination between owners, buyers, and the legal side of things. We aren't the type to wear suits every day unless there’s a big meeting. Usually, it’s just casual shirts and a lot of coffee to keep us going. We try to be straightforward with people. If a property has issues, we say so. There’s no point in hiding things. We like being in this part of town because everything is accessible. It’s a practical spot for a practical business, and we’re just glad to be part of the local economy here. Some days are long, but we just take it one step at a time and try to stay organized.
