Vbk Constructions Llp is located over in Kolathur. Our office is at number 1069 A on 10th Street, which is part of the Poombuhar Nagar area in Chennai. We spend most of our time dealing with building materials and site visits. Construction is a lot of hard work, and it is usually pretty messy. We are not a big corporate firm with a lot of polished people in suits. We are just a local team that knows how to build things. The neighborhood has grown quite a bit since we started, and we have been involved in a lot of the local projects around here. Some days are long, especially when we are trying to beat the monsoon rains or dealing with a late delivery of sand. We do not have any fancy marketing talk to give you. We just show up at the site and make sure the walls are going up straight. If you come by our office on 10th Street, you will probably see us looking over some drawings or having a quick tea break. It is a simple way of working, but it suits us just fine. We like being in Kolathur because it is a real community. We know the people here and they know us. We do not make a big fuss about what we do, we just get on with the job until it is finished.
