Vasi Spice Garden

You can find Vasi Spice Garden at 1-10, Indira Gandhi Nagar in Adambakkam. It’s a small operation we run right here in the neighborhood. We deal with all sorts of spices, mostly things people use in their kitchens every day. The place is often full of the scent of cloves and cinnamon. We spend a lot of our time sorting through the raw spices and getting them ready for people to buy. It’s not a fancy store with bright lights; it’s more of a practical space where we do our work. Adambakkam is a busy area, and we have many neighbors who stop by. We aren't a big corporation. It's just a few of us making sure the quality of what we sell is decent. Some days are busier than others, especially when the weather is good and people are out. We don't use much technology here, just old-fashioned scales and bags. Sometimes we have to move things around to make room for new stock, and it gets a little messy for a day or two. But that’s how a small shop works. We like being in Indira Gandhi Nagar. It’s a good place to be. We just focus on our spices and talk to the people who come in. There isn't much more to it than that. We just do our daily work and keep the shop going. It’s a lot of manual effort, but it keeps us busy and connected to the street.
