Nilgiri'S Nest

Nilgiri'S Nest is located at 105 Dr. Radhakrishnan Salai in Mylapore. It’s a busy part of Chennai, 600004, and we’ve been here for a long time. People around here know the address well because it’s a main road that connects a lot of important spots. We started out as a simple place for people to get a meal and maybe find a bit of quiet away from the heat outside. The building itself has seen a lot of years go by. We don't have any of those modern, glass-walled designs; it’s more of a traditional setup that feels a bit more like home. We have a small crew that has been with us for years, so we all know how things run. Every morning starts early with the deliveries coming in and the kitchen getting started. It gets very crowded during lunch hours, and sometimes people have to wait a bit, but they don't seem to mind too much. We try to keep things consistent so that when someone comes back after a year, they find the same taste they remember. We don't do much in terms of fancy decorations or loud music. It’s just a place where you can sit down and eat. We deal with the usual city problems like parking and noise, but that’s just part of being in Mylapore. We just focus on the daily tasks and keeping the place going.
