We are located at No. 1, 3rd Cross Street in Trustpuram. It’s a quiet part of Kodambakkam compared to the main roads. We like it here because it feels more like a neighborhood than a business district. Our office is easy to find if you are walking around the 3rd Cross. We’ve been working out of this spot for a long time, helping folks with houses and apartments. It’s mostly just us and a couple of desks. There are always some papers lying around and a phone that doesn’t stop ringing. We know most of the people who live on this street. Sometimes we stand outside and talk to the neighbors about the local news or the water situation. Working in Kodambakkam means you get to meet all kinds of people. We don't use any fancy systems, just our notebooks and a lot of local knowledge. When someone comes in looking for a home, we just think about what’s available in the nearby streets. It’s not a complicated process. We just listen to what they need and see if we can find a match. The office gets a bit dusty in the summer, but we keep the fan going and just get on with the work. It is a decent way to spend the day, and we are glad to be part of the Trustpuram community. We just take it one day at a time, looking after the local housing needs.
