VARMAN CONSTRUCTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED

We are based over on Blue Beach Road, right by the ECR in Neelankarai. It’s usually pretty breezy here being so close to the coast. Varman Constructions has been running out of this office for a while now. Most days you’ll find us sorting through site plans or talking to the guys about the current builds. We don't have a big fancy reception area, just a place where work actually happens. The traffic on ECR can get a bit loud during rush hour, but we like being in this part of town. Our crew is mostly local people who know the area well. We handle various building projects, mostly around the neighborhood and nearby spots. It isn’t always easy keeping everything on schedule with the rain or the heat, but we show up every morning and get to it. Sometimes the office is a mess of papers and coffee mugs, especially when we have three different jobs going at once. We just focus on putting one brick on top of another properly. If you walk down Blue Beach Road, you’ll see our sign at number 5/20. We aren’t hard to find. It’s a straightforward operation here, no suits or long meetings, just regular people doing construction work. We’ve seen Neelankarai change a lot over the years, and we’re just glad to be a small part of the landscape here.
