You can find us on the first floor over at Nagarjuna Nagar 1st Street in Kodambakkam. The building has two numbers, 28 and 16, which sometimes confuses delivery drivers, but we’ve been here long enough that most people find us okay. We work on various projects, mostly focusing on the planning and management side of things. Kodambakkam is a lively part of Chennai, so there’s always a lot of noise and movement outside our windows. It’s not a huge office, just a few rooms where we look over drawings and talk to clients. We don't use a lot of big words or try to act like we're more important than we are. We're just a small group of people trying to keep projects on track. Managing a project involves a lot of phone calls and checking on supplies, which can get a bit stressful during the middle of a job. Sometimes the deadlines are tight, and we have to put in some extra hours to get things finished. We don’t really do any advertising. Most of our business comes through word of mouth or people seeing our name on a site. We like being in this neighborhood because it’s central and easy for people to drop by if they have a question. It’s a practical way to run a business. We focus on the details of the work and try not to get distracted by things that don't matter to the final result.
