Var Buildcon Private Limited is based out of Guindy on Manickam Lane. If you are looking for us, we are at Plot-C 35A/80, not too far from Mount Road. It’s a really active part of Chennai and the traffic can be a nightmare in the mornings, but we like being where everything is happening. Our office is a practical space. We don’t have expensive furniture or a receptionist to greet people. Usually, someone just looks up from their computer when the door opens. We deal with construction and building projects all over the city. It’s a lot of coordination and making sure the math adds up. Some days are good and everything goes according to the schedule, but other days it feels like every machine we own has decided to stop working at once. We just handle it as it comes. We aren't a huge corporation with fancy titles. We’re just a group of people who have been doing this long enough to know the pitfalls. We take our work seriously but we don’t feel the need to use big words to describe it. Being in 600032 makes it easy to get to most parts of the city, which helps when we need to visit a site quickly. We’re just regular folks trying to do a decent job and keep our heads above water in this busy industry.
