Value Line Homes

We run Value Line Homes from 15, Ramanathan St in T Nagar. It’s a busy part of the city, so there is always something going on outside our door. We spend our time on housing stuff, mostly just helping people figure out where they want to live or what to do with their property. It’s a small office and we don't have a big reception area or anything fancy like the bigger firms. Usually, you’ll just find one or two of us at our desks surrounded by maps and piles of paper. We started this because we knew the neighborhood well and thought we could help out. Dealing with property can be a headache, so we just try to make it a bit easier for the folks who come in. We don't use any big words or complicated contracts if we can help it. It is just about finding a good fit for someone’s family. T Nagar is a crowded place, but we like being in the heart of it. Sometimes the power goes out or the phones act up, but we just keep at it. It’s a local business and we treat it that way. We aren't some big chain, just a local spot where you can talk about houses without a lot of fuss. We've been here a while and plan on staying because we like the local community around this street.
