Vaikund Estates Pvt. Ltd. has its office at No. 4, Ramakrishnapuram in Villivakkam. It’s a local business through and through. We deal with land and houses in the area. Villivakkam is where we grew up and where we work. Our office is just a regular room with a couple of desks and some chairs for when people come to visit. We spend a lot of time on the phone or meeting people out at different plots of land. It’s a lot of back and forth. Real estate in this part of town can be tricky, but we’ve been around long enough to know the streets. We don’t use fancy words to describe what we do. We just help people buy or sell what they have. It’s a lot of paperwork, which nobody really likes, but it has to be done. We try to keep things honest and simple. Sometimes the office gets a bit dusty because of the construction nearby, but we don’t mind much. We’ve seen Ramakrishnapuram grow over the years. We’re just glad to be a small part of the community here. Most days we are just busy checking titles or talking to builders. It’s a living, and it keeps us busy. We don’t have a big marketing department or anything. People just know where to find us at No. 4 if they need help with property stuff. It is just what we do.
