Our place is located at No.2, Ethiraj Salai, right near the hotel in Egmore. It’s the city centre of Chennai, so there is always a lot of movement outside our windows on C-In-C Road. We are Vaav Buildcon. Most of our work is about building things and managing projects from start to finish. It involves a lot of patience and a bit of luck sometimes with the weather and the workers. We aren't some big corporate machine. It’s just us trying to do a decent job on every project we get. We have a simple setup in our office. It’s mostly just desks, chairs, and a lot of paper everywhere. We spend a lot of time talking to contractors and making sure things are moving along. It’s a bit of a juggle, but we are used to it by now. The area around here is quite well-known, so it’s easy to tell people where to find us. We don't use any special marketing talk because we don't think it’s necessary at all. The work should speak for itself, really. We just want to get through our list of tasks and make sure our projects are solid. It’s a lot of hard work and we stay pretty busy throughout the week. If you’re ever in Egmore, you might see us around. We’re just a regular group of folks working hard in the building trade.
