We operate out of West Mambalam on Adhikesava Perumal Koil Street. If you know this part of Chennai, you know the streets are narrow and always full of people going to the temple or the market. Our office is at New No.23/1, which used to be Old No.7/1. It is a classic old Chennai building. You can hear the bells from the temple nearby in the mornings, which is a nice way to start the workday. We deal with engineering and infrastructure projects. The office is usually filled with rolled-up blueprints and maps of different sites. It can get a bit cramped when the whole team is in, but we make it work. We do not have any big corporate signs or a polished lobby. Most of our meetings happen over a cup of tea from the stall around the corner. The humidity in Mambalam can be tough in the summer, but we have some old air conditioners that keep us from melting. We are not interested in sounding fancy or using big marketing words. We just look at the technical details and try to solve the problems that come up on the job. It is a lot of hard work and sometimes the traffic makes it difficult to get around, but we have been here a long time and we know how things work in this neighborhood.
