You can find us at 81/2 in Thirumudivakkam, which is over in the Tambaram area. We focus on building homes for people who want to live in this part of town. It is a growing area, and we have been here to see a lot of the new streets and houses go up over the years. Our office is not a fancy showroom with models and lights. It is just a practical space where we sit down with families to talk about what they want their new home to look like. We are just local builders who know the area and the local rules. Most of our day is spent visiting the construction sites to make sure everything is being done the right way. We do not use any big corporate language or try to sound more important than we are. We are just regular people who know how to put a house together. We often have to deal with delays and issues with the materials, but we just keep pushing forward until the job is done. A lot of the people we build for are our neighbors, so we make sure to do a job we can be proud of. We do not do much advertising because most people find us by word of mouth.
