Uzbekistan Airways

Our office is located at number 21 on Bawa Road, right in the Alwarpet area. We are quite close to the Park Sheraton, which makes it easy for people to give directions to us. It’s a quiet, leafy street compared to some of the main roads in the city. We’ve been in this spot for a while now. Inside, it’s a simple setup for an airline office. We have the counters where people come to ask about flights or tickets. It’s not a huge space, but it works for what we need. We spend a lot of time on the computer system, checking schedules and bookings. The staff here is small, and we all know each other well. We don't have a lot of the flash you see in big airport terminals. It’s more like a neighborhood office. Sometimes it's very quiet, and then three people will walk in at once. We handle a lot of phone calls from people planning trips. We try to be helpful and give them the information they need without a lot of fuss. There are some nice trees outside our window which is a pleasant change from the usual city concrete. We just come in, do our shifts, and help people get where they're going. It's a steady, decent way to work. Most of us have been here since the office opened.
