Our office is at New Number 31 on Besant Avenue in Adyar. Adyar is one of those places that still feels a bit like old Chennai, with all the big trees and the quiet streets near the Theosophical Society. We work out of this building, focusing on various systems and structural projects. It’s a professional environment but it’s definitely not stiff or corporate. We all know each other’s names and usually eat lunch together in the small break area. The building is a bit older, so the walls have some marks and the floors creak a little, but it feels like a real workplace where things actually get built. We spend a lot of time on our computers and on the phone, coordinating with sites across the region. Besant Avenue is a nice place to walk during a break, especially when the weather isn't too hot. We don’t have a big sign out front or anything to attract attention; we just do our work and let the results speak for themselves. The team here is experienced, and most of us have been with the company for several years. We don't really use big words to describe what we do. We just look at the plans, figure out the systems needed, and get to it. It’s a steady job in a beautiful part of the city, and we are content with our setup here.
