Utracon Construction Private Limited

Utracon Construction Private Limited is based out of Neelankarai. Our office is located at Plot No 32 on Raja Nagar First Main Road. This part of Chennai 600041 is quite nice because it is close to the coast. We spend our days working on various construction projects. It isn't always easy work, as there are always problems to solve on a job site. Whether it is a delay in materials or a change in the plans, we just deal with it as it comes. The office on First Main Road is our central hub. We have a small crew that handles the paperwork and the project management. Neelankarai is a bit of a distance from the main city center, but it’s a good location for the work we do. Most of our time is spent looking at structural details and making sure the sites have what they need. We aren't interested in sounding like a big corporate office. We are just a construction firm trying to get the job done. The atmosphere in our office is pretty relaxed, though it can get a bit loud when everyone is on the phone at once. We like being in Raja Nagar. It’s a decent area and easy for our workers to find. We’ve been at Plot No 32 for some time now, and we just keep focusing on one building at a time. It's a lot of hard work but we manage.
