Utilitys Project Engineering Services

We are located at New No-3 Old No-7 on Second Main Road in Indra Nagar. That's in the Adyar area of Chennai. Utilitys Project Engineering Services is what we go by. The building has been there a long time, which is why we have the old and new numbers on the address. It can be a bit confusing for delivery drivers sometimes. We do engineering services and project work from this office. Adyar is a nice part of Chennai, quite green compared to some other spots. Our team is small and we don't have a fancy reception or anything like that. We just have our workstations and a lot of drawings spread out on the tables. It's a quiet environment for the most part, unless we have a big deadline approaching. We try to keep our feet on the ground. No corporate talk here, just engineers trying to solve problems. We like it this way because it’s practical and we don't have to put on a show for anyone. Chennai weather can be tough with the heat, but the office stays relatively cool with the big windows. We usually have the radio playing softly in the background while we work. It helps the day go by faster when we are deep in calculations. Most of us have been here for years, so it feels more like a small family than a big company. We just do our thing and stay out of the way of the city chaos.
