We have our office over in Nungabakkam, which is always a bit of a mess with the traffic. We are in the Chona Centre on College Road, specifically on the 3rd floor at Flat T1. It is a decent spot for us to keep track of everything. As developers, we spend a lot of time looking at land and figuring out how to make things work on a site. It is not just about building; it is about all the stuff that comes before that, like the permits and the designs. There are a few of us here, and we mostly just sit around the table and go over the details of our projects. We are not some massive corporation with a lobby and a receptionist. If you come by, you’ll probably just see us working on our laptops or talking on the phone with contractors. Nungabakkam is a central place, so it makes it easier to get to different parts of the city when we need to check on progress. It is a lot of back-and-forth and sometimes things don't go according to the plan, but we just figure it out as we go. We don't do any big promotions. We just focus on the sites we have and try to get things done without too much fuss. It is a steady job and it keeps us busy every day of the week. There’s always something new to deal with at the office.
