Urban Tree Vikranthi Properties Llp is located on the 6th floor of Good Shepherd Square. If you know Nungambakkam, you probably know Kodambakkam High Road. It is a very busy stretch of road in Chennai. Our office address is officially New No. 86, but it used to be Old No. 133. Having both numbers helps people find us since the mail still gets mixed up sometimes. Being up on the 6th floor gives us a bit of a view, though mostly we are just looking at the traffic below. We deal with property stuff all day. It involves a lot of files, computer work, and talking to contractors. Nungambakkam is a central spot, so it is convenient for getting to other parts of Chennai 600034. We have been working out of Good Shepherd Square for some time. The building is usually full of people coming and going. We just try to stay organized with our property projects. There is always a lot of coordination needed between the office and the actual sites where things are being built. Some days are longer than others, especially when there are deadlines to meet. We don't really have a fancy setup, just desks and what we need to get the work finished. It is a practical office for a practical business.
