Our office is located at Suraj Kunj, which is New No 18 on Rutland Gate 5th Street in Chennai. If you know this part of the city, you know it has a certain feel to it, a bit quieter than the main roads but still right in the middle of everything. We’ve been operating out of this spot for a while now, dealing with different spaces and projects as they come up. The building itself is older, but it serves its purpose for us. We aren't really into big presentations or corporate stuff; we just show up and do the work that needs doing. Usually, the mornings start with a bit of coffee and a look at the schedule for the day. Being in 600006 means we are close to a lot of the action in Chennai, which makes it easier for people to find us when they need to talk about a project or check on some paperwork. The 5th Street area is usually decent for parking if you get here early enough. Inside, it’s just desks, some chairs, and a lot of folders. We don’t really go for all those modern office designs you see nowadays. It’s just a place to get things done and talk to people face to face. It’s a simple setup and that’s how we like it. The local tea vendor knows our order by heart now, which is a nice perk of staying in one place.
