URBAN TREE CONSTRUCTIONS LLP

We are based out of Suraj Kunj on Rutland Gate 5th Street. It's an old part of Nungambakkam and things get pretty busy around here. Most days we are just coordinating between different sites across Chennai. It’s a lot of phone calls and checking on supplies. Being an LLP means there's a few of us running things. We handle various building projects, mostly just making sure things get finished on time. It's not always easy with the heat and the traffic in Chennai, but we've been at it for a while now. The office at Old No. 8 is where we do all the paperwork. People stop by sometimes to talk about their plans. We don't have a big fancy setup, just a regular workspace where we get things done. Sometimes we stay late when a project is at a critical stage. It’s honest work. Most of our guys have been with us for years. We know the local regulations and how things work in this part of Tamil Nadu. It’s just how we make a living, building stuff and making sure it stands up well. Sometimes there are delays with materials or the weather doesn't help, but that's just part of the construction business in a city like this. We just keep moving forward. It’s a lot of legwork. We spend half our time in the office and the other half out in the sun looking at concrete and steel. We aren't doing anything revolutionary, just building for people.
