We've been working out of Kolathur for a while now. The office is at No 53 on the 5th Main Road in Teachers Colony. It's pretty easy to find if you know where Senthil Nagar Junction is. We do engineering and construction stuff here. Mostly, it's just us handling different projects around Chennai. It gets busy during the day with people coming in and out. Sometimes the traffic near the junction makes it a bit slow to get around, but we manage. We aren't a huge firm with fancy offices. It's just a practical space where we look at drawings and figure out how to build things properly. We’ve seen the area change quite a bit over the years. My desk is usually covered in site plans and site notes. If you're looking for us, look for the building near the junction. We spend a lot of time on-site, so the office might be quiet some afternoons. People usually just call or drop by to talk about their house plans or some repair work they need. We try to keep things straightforward. No complicated talk, just honest work on buildings. Chennai weather is tough on construction, so we have to plan carefully around the rain and the heat. We focus on getting the job done without too much fuss. It's how we’ve always done it here in Kolathur. The neighbors are good people, and we often have tea from the stall at the corner while we discuss the next day's schedule.
