You can find Udayam Engineers & Builders Pvt Ltd. over at No: 7, V.V Koil Street. We are situated right opposite to Mepz in Tambaram Sanitorium. It’s a busy area with a lot of people commuting for work, and being right across from the industrial zone means we see a lot of activity every day. We do a mix of things here, mostly focusing on the practical side of building and engineering. It’s not just about drawing plans on paper; it’s about making sure things actually get built right. The office is a bit crowded with rolls of drawings and project files, but that’s how a working builder’s space should look, I think. We’ve been part of this community for a while now. Most of our day is spent visiting sites or talking to suppliers. We don’t have a marketing department or a fancy receptionist. When you call or walk in, you’re usually talking to someone who actually knows how to mix concrete or read a structural map. It’s a small team, and we all pitch in where needed. Tambaram Sanitorium is a good place to be based because it's well-connected. We’ve worked on various projects around here, some big and some small. We don't make huge promises we can't keep. We just look at the job, see what’s needed, and get to it. It’s practical, sometimes a bit messy, but we enjoy seeing a project come together from the ground up.
