UDA PROJECTS INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED

We have our office in Velachery, right in the Sugan Apartment building at No.56, F-2 on the 7th Main Road in Ram Nagar. Velachery is a crowded part of Chennai, and our street is no different. Being in an apartment building means our office feels more like a home than a cold business center. We handle all the UDA Projects from here. It is mostly a lot of phone calls, coordinating with different teams, and looking over project details on our computers. We have a small table where we have our meetings and plenty of tea. The 7th Main Road is usually packed with cars and bikes, so it can be a bit of a challenge to find parking, but we have gotten used to it. We don't have any big corporate signs out front, just a small plate so people know they are in the right place. We are a small group of people just trying to get these projects finished on time. It is not always smooth sailing, especially with the Chennai rains or the traffic, but we stay busy. We take our work seriously but we don't feel the need to be all formal about it. It is just about getting the project done and making sure everything is according to the plan. We have been in Ram Nagar for some time and we like the local vibe of the place.
