Twain Properties Llp is over at 123 Arcot Road in Virugambakkam. If you’ve ever been on Arcot Road, you know it’s one of the busiest places in Chennai. The noise from the buses and the horns is constant, but you get used to it after a while. Our office is right in the thick of it. We have a small space where we manage our property listings and handle the paperwork for our clients. It’s usually a bit of a mess with folders and maps spread out over the tables. We spend a lot of time on the phone, trying to get updates on different sites or talking to people interested in a place. Virugambakkam has changed a lot over the years, and we’ve seen it happen from our doorstep. We don’t have a fancy reception or anything like that. People just walk in, and we sit down and talk about whatever they need. It’s a lot of running around from one end of the city to the other. Our cars are always full of flyers and site measurements. We grab tea from the stall around the corner and just keep going through the day. Real estate around here is pretty fast-paced, but we try to keep our part of it as simple as possible. It’s just how we operate. We’ve been at this for some time now and we know the streets around here well.
