Tuff Fab

Tuff Fab is located on Vanagaram Road, specifically at number 238/1A, right in the Ambattur Industrial Estate. If you know Chennai, you know Ambattur is a massive place for manufacturing. It is always loud and dusty around here. Our workshop is where all the fabrication happens. We have a lot of steel and aluminum sections lying around the yard. The traffic on Vanagaram Road is a nightmare during peak hours, so we try to get our loading and unloading done early in the morning. We are just a group of people who like working with metal. There is no air conditioning in the main work area, just big industrial fans that roar all day. We do a lot of custom cutting and bending. The office part is just a tiny room where we keep the ledger and answer the phone. It’s usually covered in a thin layer of dust no matter how much we clean it. We don't spend money on fancy websites or advertisements. Word of mouth is how we get most of our jobs. Some days are slow and we just sit around talking, and other days we are working late into the night to finish a project. It’s a simple life. We focus on the measurements and the welds. If the pieces fit together right, we’ve done our job. It’s honest work and it keeps us busy in this crowded industrial estate.
