Tropical Agro Estate Developer Llp

We are based on Marshalls Road in Egmore, up on the second floor of building number 72. Tropical Agro Estate Developer LLP is basically what the name says. We look at land and how to develop it, often with an agricultural angle. Being in the heart of Chennai means we spend a lot of time in traffic or in meetings, but our hearts are really out on the land. We look at different plots and figure out the best way to use them. It is a lot of looking at maps and talking to land owners. Sometimes we are out in the sun for hours checking boundaries or soil. Other days we are stuck at the office in Egmore dealing with the registration side of things. It is a mix of outdoor work and office tasks. We don't use a lot of fancy words to describe what we do. We just try to find good land and make it useful for farming or estate purposes. It's a slow process sometimes, especially with the way land laws work around here. We just take it one project at a time. The office is small but functional. We have been working in the Chennai area for a while now and know the local landscape pretty well. It's just honest work involving the earth and development.
