Triskele Property Developers is based out of Flat No. K-203 in The Central Park West on Elcot Avenue. Being in Sholinganallur means we are right in the middle of all the noise and traffic of the IT corridor. It’s a busy place to be, and our office is usually just as hectic. We handle property development, which sounds fancy, but mostly it just involves a lot of phone calls and checking on building permits. The office isn't very big, so things can get a bit crowded when the whole team is in at once. We spend a lot of time looking at land and trying to figure out the best way to use the space we have. Chennai’s weather can be a real pain for construction, especially during the monsoon or when it’s too hot for the guys to work safely in the afternoon. We don't have a big corporate structure here. It’s just us managing the sites and making sure the contractors are doing what they are supposed to do. Sometimes there are delays that we can’t help, like material shortages or paperwork getting stuck, and we just have to deal with it as it comes. We aren't trying to be the biggest developers in the city. We just want to finish the work we have and do it right. If you come by the flat, we’re usually there sorting through blueprints or talking to architects.
