Trineva Properties Llp is the name we go by. We are set up at 28/1 on Rajarathinam Street. If you come to visit, you have to go up to the second floor. We are in the Kilpauk area. Kilpauk has a lot of history and it’s a well-known part of the city. Being on the second floor gives us a bit of a view of the street below, which is usually full of activity. Rajarathinam Street isn't the biggest road, but it’s where we’ve settled. The office itself is simple. We have a few rooms where we handle all our property work. It’s not a big fancy headquarters. We just have what we need to get the job done. Sometimes the stairs are a bit much if you’re doing it multiple times a day, but it’s fine. We spend a lot of time talking to people about land and buildings. It’s mostly just us answering the phone and writing things down. We don't have any big slogans or anything like that. We just know the Kilpauk area pretty well since we spend so much time here. The building at 28/1 is where we keep all our records. It’s a quiet enough place to work most of the time. We just take things as they come and try to keep everything organized. It’s a regular small business life for us here on Rajarathinam Street.
