We’ve been here at this address for a long time. The building is okay, but the stairs creak a little when you walk up. We don't have a big reception area with a sofa. If someone comes in, they usually just walk right into the main room and talk to us. We aren't very formal people. We wear regular clothes to the office. Sometimes we stay late when there is a big order to process. Nungambakkam has everything we need nearby, like the bank and some food stalls. We get our coffee from the place around the corner. We don't put out brochures or do any ads. We just do our jobs. It’s about getting the minerals from point A to point B without too much trouble. It’s steady work and it keeps us busy. We like the neighborhood. It’s home for the business. We just keep our heads down and keep moving.
