Goa Carbon Limited

Our office is on the 3rd floor of Parthasarathy Illam at 95/40 in Vannandurai. That’s in the Adyar area of Chennai. Even though the company name mentions Goa, this is where we handle a lot of the administrative side of things for this region. The building is a typical Chennai structure, and being on the third floor gives us a bit of a view of the street below, which is usually packed with cars and scooters heading towards the beach. It’s a busy office, but we don't really go for the high-pressure corporate vibe. Most of us have been working together for years, so we just get on with it. There’s always someone making a trip to the printer or sitting on a long phone call. Adyar is a nice place to be, with plenty of spots to grab lunch nearby. We spend our time looking over reports and keeping the logistics side of the carbon business moving. It’s a lot of numbers and coordination with the plants. We don't have a big fancy lobby, just a door with our name on it and a bunch of desks inside. The humidity in Chennai can be a lot, but we have the AC running and we just focus on the tasks at hand. It’s a straightforward operation here in Vannandurai, and we try to keep things organized despite the daily chaos of city life.
