If you know the OMR, you know it’s changed a lot over the years with all the new buildings and traffic. We’ve stayed in our spot, though. It’s a practical workspace where we handle our daily operations. There’s a mix of people here, some who’ve been with us since the start and some newer faces. We don't really go for anything flashy. The office is just a place for us to gather and get the jobs done. It can get pretty noisy with the traffic from the main road, but we’re used to it. Most of the time, we’re busy with the technical side of the business. We don't spend much time on social media or advertising. Word of mouth seems to work well enough for us. The area has its charms, even with the dust and the constant construction nearby. We have a small break area where we usually sit and have tea in the afternoons. It’s a low-key environment. We just focus on the tasks at hand and try to stay organized. It’s a straightforward way to run things, and it works for us without needing to be complicated.
