Mmtc Limited

We are located over at 7, Esplande, inside the Chennai House building. It’s a well-known spot in this part of town, right in the middle of all the bustle. Mmtc Limited has been operating from this address for quite a while now. The office isn't exactly modern, it has that older feel to it with high ceilings and heavy desks. We spend a lot of time on the phones and looking over documents here. Being at Esplanade means we’re close to a lot of other businesses, so there is always a lot of traffic and people moving around outside. It’s not a quiet place, but you get used to the noise of the city after a few days. We handle a lot of logistics and trade-related stuff, so there are always piles of paper and ledgers being moved around. It’s a bit old-fashioned in the way we handle things, but it works for us. We don't have a lot of fancy decorations on the walls, just the stuff we need to get through the day. The staff here mostly takes the bus or the train in, since parking around Chennai House can be a real headache. We usually start the day with a quick check of the mail and then get straight into the tasks at hand. It’s a steady environment where everyone knows their role and what needs to happen by the end of the week. We just do our work and go home.
