Trigonobuilders India Private Limited

We are located inside the AVM Cine Laboratories premises on Arcot Road. It’s a bit of an interesting spot for a construction company like Trigonobuilders India Private Limited. Vadapalani is a crowded, energetic part of Chennai, and we are right in the thick of it at number 38. We don't have a separate fancy building; we just work out of our space here. Most of our day involves managing different building sites across the city. Arcot Road is always jammed with traffic, so we usually start our day early to beat the rush. We have a small team, mostly people who have been in the building trade for twenty years or more. We don't really do the whole corporate branding thing. Our office has desks, some old filing cabinets, and stacks of blueprints. We spend our time talking to engineers and making sure the labor turns up. Sometimes we have meetings with clients right there in the office, and we just clear a space on the table. It’s a very practical environment. Being near the AVM premises gives us a bit of a landmark to tell people when they are trying to find us. We take things one project at a time. Chennai is a big place, but we mostly stick to the areas we know well. We don't make big claims about being the biggest or anything like that. We just focus on getting the walls up and the roofs on without much fuss.
